About Me.
Andrea Boggio is an attorney whose practice focuses on civil litigation and advising small and medium businesses and start-ups. He practices law as a solo practitioner and is a Professor of Legal Studies at Bryant University (RI).

Before his solo practice, Mr. Boggio practiced complex litigation in the United States and Italy. In Washington, DC, he was an associate in the Antitrust & Dispute Resolution Group in the Washington, DC, office of Dickstein Shapiro LLP, litigating and managing solutions to complex liability problems in mass torts, antitrust, securities, insurance coverage matters, quit tam actions, and telecommunications controversies.
In Italy, Mr. Boggio previously acquired substantial litigation experience in white-collar crime, business fraud, and toxic torts. Various trial judges appointed him to represent indigent criminal defendants in trials involving various matters (fatal car and train accidents, patent infringement cases, frauds, and tort actions for violation of privacy) in the Italian courts.
